tears like stars

each tear is a twinkle falling like rain
slowly drowning me
no one see me
falling to peices beneath the smiles
instead I am drowning
night after night
tear twinkling like Christmas light
suffocating the imaginary joy
No one knows or no one cares
I am to be the cracking facade
smiling in all the right place
with twinkling tears
falling behind the joyous laughs
drowning on the sobs
I can not let out
for fear, for love, for life
drowning while no one care

frosted winter

left in the wake of the sunrise
an after thought like the frost
trying to be frosty but burning
inside lost to the sun

a single falling star not wished on
left to travel alone in the night sky
light slowly fading as it burns
lost in the atmosphere

watching from outside the windows
not knowing where the pieces fit anymore
the last piece the can't be found
laying in the box alone

the last leaf left on the tree slowly fading
blooming in burning colors, lost to the starkness of winter
taken by the elements to become nothing but dust
floating beyond recognition

Wondering where this life is going
its going along a winding path
streaming and eddying in unknown ways

beyond it all

inside your embrace i lay safe
protected from the fears that haunt
terrified to love this much
feeling your heart beat with mine
caressed by your sweet touch
every second apart long for you
to be held and hear your voice
how much i love you its impossible to imagine
beyond lightyears and measurement

sun set and rise

In the setting sun I see more than tomorrow
the world revolves leaving me behind
trying to catch my breath still from before
needing to rest, yet needing to move more
The rising sun tells of newness
Its beginning show that there is a tomorrow
beyond all the scars and hurts
a world of colors not black and whites
again the sunsets taking me with it to
find my way in an old new world

fogged in

lost in the haze of it all
emotions drifting like fog
smothering everything
leaving me numb from its weight

ignoring the facts of life
living moment to moment
heart left behind me
new world ahead

pieces of me scattered
across the road behind unseen
felt to dearly in dark
consumed by the fog of loneliness
